Do you have a store I can visit?

We do! We are located HERE in Calgary and open 5 days a week. You can even order online and pick up in store to save time and shipping.

 

Im not in Calgary. Can I see you in person anywhere else?

Yes! We sponsor and visit several conventions across Canada each year. See our convention list HERE and come say hi.

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do! Please read all the details of the offer HERE.

 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We endeavor to pick and process all orders the same or next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

 

My package is late or lost. What do I do?

Unfortunately, once we ship your package it is in the hands of Canada Post of FedEx. Please contact them for updates and help:

I keep getting a ‘billing address’ or ‘postal code’ error..why?

Your billing address must be your HOME address of the address where your credit card is registered. If this issue persists, please contact your financial institution.

 

Can I talk to someone on the phone?
