RETURNS

Please reach out to us, email: info@sourcetattoosupply.com  with your order number and the products you’d like to return. Due to the nature of these products, SOURCE does not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or tubes.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date and will be accepted if there is a faulty product, incorrect product, or manufacturer defect only. We do not accept returns for any other reason. Products must be sent back to us in new/unused condition and with original packaging. Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment. Customer may be responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Returns may also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping services are provided by Canada Post and FedEx. If you are looking for shipping updates or have a late or lost package please contact them:

To calculate shipping costs, add the items to your cart and enter your address to continue to the shipping options page. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via Canada Post ground shipping.

FREE SHIPPING is available to most Canadian residents* on orders over $200 (before taxes, shipping cost and discounts). Please note that some products are excluded from the free shipping offer and will be noted in the products description.

*newfoundland and labrador, PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brinswick, Nunavut, NWT, and Yukon are excluded from this offer

 

HEATED SHIPPING

Included in all ink orders qualifying for free shipping from November 1st to March 31st. Heated shipping is also available at a surcharge on all orders and can be found in the shipping options.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling; in most cases we will ship your order the next business day.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders submitted thru our checkout, cancelled orders will be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

ADDRESS CORRECTION

Customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.
