SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

RETURNS

Please reach out to us, email: info@sourcetattoosupply.com  with your order number and the products you’d like to return. Due to the nature of these products, SOURCE does not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or tubes.

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date and will be accepted if there is a faulty product, incorrect product, or manufacturer defect only. We do not accept returns for any other reason. Products must be sent back to us in new/unused condition and with original packaging. Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment. Customer may be responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Returns may also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping service is provided by Canada Post and FedEx. To calculate shipping costs for their various services, add the items to your cart and enter your address to calculate costs. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent out via Canada Post Ground.

FREE SHIPPING is available to Canadian Residents. If you spend more than $250 before taxes and discounts you will qualify for Free Ground Shipping** 

 **Some XL sized products are excluded from Free Shipping. Wherever this is the case, it will be noted in the product description.

 HEATED SHIPPING 

All orders that qualify for Free Shipping will receive a heat pack if there is ink in your order (November to April**). Heated shipping is available at a surcharge on all orders.


All of our products ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

 

Processing Times

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for handling; in most cases, we will ship your order the next day or the following business day.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders submitted thru our checkout, cancelled orders will be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee.

 

Refused Shipments

Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

 

Address Correction

Customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.
